Open at Ida

I'd be interested in hearing your opinion about Open Houses and whether there is any value to them, in the comments below. Has anyone purchased or sold a lake home as the result of an Open House? The video to the left was streamed live to the internet today during an Open House (1-3) at Lake Ida's 11074 CR-34. There were a few people that viewed the video live (and a couple others) and sent questions but actual visitor numbers were low. It doesn't surprise me as I feel people that are truly in the market are scouring the 'net, working with a Realtor and would simply schedule a showing rather than wait for an Open. It also doesn't concern me as this lake home receives plenty of views online and is search friendly (try Googling this home's address: 11074 CR 34). And, everyone that sees it feels the price is attractive (bare lots of this quality have sold for over $300,000 on Ida).
