23 townhomes comprise the Frenchman Cove community at the northeast side of Lake Le Homme Dieu on County Road 120. Two of these townhomes have changed hands in 2008 (one for $380,000 and the other for $298,000), another has an agreed upon purchase agreement but hasn't closed and a fourth is currently for sale (the price was reduced close to $10,000 today).
Frenchman Cove is on County Road 120 NE which used to run along the lake until it was relocated to it's current position. Notice the nice walking path around the property and the in-ground pool with panoramic views.
