95% of my work is real estate with lakeshore within a 15 mile radius of Alexandria, Minnesota but every now and then I have venture further to other outstanding shoreline found on lakes such as Minnetonka, Gull and now I have a Sotheby's For Sale sign on Whitefish.

The photo above is was shot today and is some of the nicest lakeshore I have seen in Minnesota. This property (a home and sweet guest house) has over 300 feet of lakeshore and you can view the gold I am talking about in the photo I shot with my iPhone today. And, it is very private.
