Two More Lake Home Sales

Add two more pending lake home sales to 2010's docket. A home on the east side of Lake Carlos that has been on the market since March of 2008 when it was listed at $585,000 finally has an accepted Purchase Agreement. The list price at the time of acceptance? $395,000.

The other lake property is on Lake Andrew and also had been on the market for even longer. It was listed in 2007 at $441,000 but didn't have as many price reductions. At the time of the accepted Purchase Agreement the list price was $371,000.

Alexandria and Glenwood, MN : 5 Most Recent Lakeshore Home Sales

Within the Greater Alexandria Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, the five most recent lakefront properties to go into escrow include homes on the north side of Lake Reno (list price of $289,000), the south end of Lake Andrew (list price of $474,900), two homes at the northwest corner of Lake Ida (list prices of $329,900 and $299,000 ) and west/southwest corner of Lake Minnewaska (list price $499,900).

The Reno property has 250 feet of lakeshore, Andrew 174 feet, Ida ($329,900) 100 feet, Ida ($299,000) 92 feet and Minnewaska 138 feet.

Two Lots Sold On Lake Andrew

Both lots have 150 feet of shoreline on Lake Andrew and are around 1.3 acres. The sale prices were $200,000 and $210,000.

150 feet of lakeshore on Lake Andrew's Pospisil Drive sold for $295,000.
